Make sure guardians see only the correct children.

Review every youth relationship

Guardian links affect schedules, responses, and access to a child’s information.

Open Teams, choose the child’s team, and open Guardians. Check the linked player as well as the guardian.
Confirm the guardian’s full name and email.
Confirm the relationship and response permission.
Ask the guardian to verify the child shown after first login.

Treat an incorrect child link as a privacy incident and contact support immediately.
