Add a player and link guardians
Use one player flow and reuse an existing guardian safely.
Before you start
Who can do this: Club owners and staff with member-management permission.
Package: Core member and team management.
If the feature is not shown, ask the club owner whether it is available for your club and role.
Steps
- Open Teams, choose the team, open Roster and choose Add player. Members lists club people; Invite member there is a separate access invitation.
- Enter the player’s details and check the intended team.
- Search guardians by name or email before creating a new person.
- Select the correct guardian and relationship; check for an existing link.
- Add any additional guardians and review their contact details.
- Review the invitation choice and save the player.
- Check the Guardians tab and the player’s current teams.
