Set up two-step sign-in
Protect staff access with two-factor authentication (2FA) and recovery codes.
Before you start
Who can do this: Eligible staff accounts; club policy may require setup.
Package: Starter and Premium by default; Staff two-step sign-in must be enabled and released.
If the feature is not shown, ask the club owner whether it is available for your club and role.
Steps
- Open Profile or Club settings and find Two-step sign-in.
- Enter Current password and choose Set up, then scan the displayed code with an authenticator app.
- Enter the current authenticator code to confirm setup.
- Save the recovery codes somewhere private and separate from the device.
- At the next sign-in, enter your password and then the current authenticator code.
- Use an unused recovery code if your authenticator is unavailable.
- Regenerate recovery codes or disable two-step sign-in only through the authenticated Two-step sign-in controls.
