Review join applications and trial training
Move a public application into a reviewed club decision.
Before you start
Who can do this: Public visitors apply; club owners and authorised membership staff review.
Package: Starter and Premium by default; Join applications must be enabled and released.
If the feature is not shown, ask the club owner whether it is available for your club and role.
Steps
- Prepare and publish the website join page with the teams applicants may choose.
- Open Applications in the club menu to review a submitted form.
- Check the applicant and guardian details before contacting them.
- Use the trial-training action when a trial is appropriate.
- Record the decision using the offered accept or reject action.
- For acceptance, review the prefilled Add player form and guardian links.
- Check the saved member record rather than creating a duplicate application or player.
