What parents see of evaluations
Choose which evaluations to share, within the club’s family visibility policy.
The club decides
The club owner chooses whether families see nothing, the chart only, or the full published evaluation.
The evaluation review shows the current policy. New evaluations start not shared; saving with the share switch off keeps feedback private.
Family means the player and all linked parents or guardians. A player without guardians still receives shared feedback.
Chart only shows category scores and the evaluation date. It excludes notes, sub-skills, physical tests, goals and team comparisons.
Full shows the published feedback, including strengths, priority area, goals, suggestions and notes. Review these before sharing.
Only staff with sharing permission for that team can change sharing. Other staff see the state without a switch.
When the club policy is off, families see nothing and receive no sharing notice. Stopping sharing hides the evaluation; sharing again does not repeat an already sent notice.
- Check the family visibility hint in the evaluation review.
- Confirm the correct player and evaluation date.
- Review the feedback under the club’s visibility policy.
- At the final review, turn on Share with player and parents only for feedback suitable for the family, then save.
- On the player evaluation record, use the same switch to share later or stop sharing immediately.
- For older evaluations, open History, select evaluations and confirm the count before sharing or stopping sharing.
- Ask the owner if the policy or a family’s access needs to change.
