Arrange helper duties and driving

Offer jobs and seats without double-booking a person.

Before you start

Who can do this: Event or match managers set duties; eligible members volunteer or book seats.

Package: Premium by default; Duties and carpools must be enabled and released.

If the feature is not shown, ask the club owner whether it is available for your club and role.

Open the event or match and find Helpers & driving.
As a manager, add a duty with its title, number of places and notes.
As an eligible member, use Take a slot for your own helper duty. The Passenger selector applies to driving bookings, not helper duties.
Choose Offer a ride, enter Passenger seats, Departure time and Departure point, and mark Return journey when appropriate.
Book an available seat for the correct person and journey.
Check My commitments. Use Release my slot for a duty or Remove booking for a seat if plans change.
