Request and complete a self-assessment
Compare the player’s view with coach feedback.
Before you start
Who can do this: Assigned coaches request assessments; players and authorised guardians complete requests.
Package: Premium by default; Self-assessment must be enabled and released.
If the feature is not shown, ask the club owner whether it is available for your club and role.
Steps
- As a coach, open the player’s evaluation record and request a self-assessment.
- Check the selected team and player before sending the request.
- As the player or authorised guardian, open Home and choose Rate yourself on the correct player and team; use Edit your answer for an editable submitted answer.
- Rate the offered skills and add a short reflection.
- Choose Submit self-assessment and check the saved confirmation. You can edit until the coach opens the answer.
- As the coach, return to the comparison and review differences with the player.
